Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ construction experience, with exposure to high-end residential projects
Trade or tertiary qualifications in a construction-related field
Current driver’s licence and compliance tickets (White/Red card, Working With Children Check, Police Check)
Certificate III in Occupational Health and Safety + First Aid certification
Strong understanding of HSEQ legislation and site safety management
Proficiency in Procore (or similar software) and Microsoft Office
Proven ability to autonomously manage site operations and lead a team
